TYPICAL ITINERARY

DAY 1

Meeting points:

Nowra - Shoalhaven City Council

36 Bridge Road, Nowra

Braidwood - Tourist Information Centre

186 Wallace Street, Braidwood

Arrive at luxurious accommodation in Batemans Bay Unpack and have lunch and a walk on the beach.

Meet and greet BBQ – get to know the small group

DAY 2

Mogo Zoo – A true highlight of your holiday. Mogo Zoo is world renowned for having some of the most endangered animals in the world. Up close and personal animal encounters, Animal feeding.
Meet monkeys, giraffes, white lions, red pandas, tigers, gorillas, penguins and so much more.

Gourmet lunch in the zoo restaurant or enjoy either a barbecue or picnic.

Batemans Bay Soldiers Club - Enjoy high standard Bistro Meals or dine in the Gold Po Loy Chinese restaurant while enjoying spectacular views over the Clyde river. After dinner there is live music and dancing. A perfect end to a great day.

DAY 3 - Option 1

Batemans Bay Horse riding – Accredited coach / instructor as well as staff support from SCDS

Safe riding lessons for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Bell’s Carnival (January Only) - Summer holiday fun at its best! Bell’s carnival has been visiting Batemans Bay for over 20 years. Carnival by the seaside with fun rides for all levels of adventure!
Giant slide and Ferris wheel, Thunderbolt, Pirate Ship, Dodgem cars, swings and many more

Side Show alley (Additional funds required).

DAY 3 Option 2

Ride the Jet Ski or the biscuit (Jet ski Tube) - Supported by a professional instructor from a local Jet Ski business as well as SCDS staff. To get your feet wet, ride the Jet ski biscuit on the Clyde river. For those not up to the Jet Ski this is a great activity to get in the tube with others and get splashed as you are thrilled on the river.

Corrigans Lunch - Fish Chips and Salad at Corrigans Cove

Summer fun - A game of cricket, a beach walk, a swim at the beach

Dinner and mini golf - You decide from choices of local restaurants followed by Mini Golf

Dinner and a night at the movies - You decide from choices of local restaurants followed by a night at the movies (click Bay City Cinemas Logo to see what is currently showing

DAY 4

Morning Tea - Who doesn’t love the perfect morning tea. Spoil yourself with a selection of cakes and beverages at local coffee shop.
